Hydrogen chloride gas is a strong irritant, non flammable gas, water soluble after the strong corrosive. The product is packaged in high pressure special steel cylinder and is in liquid state. Special steel cylinder is steel seamless gas bottle, polishing in bottle. The bottle valve is corrosion-resistant stainless steel diaphragm valve. The design pressure of the cylinder is 12.5Mpa, and the working pressure is about 5-6Mpa.

Hydrogen chloride products refer to the SEMIC3.35-1101HCl standard, and implement the national standard GB/T24469-2009 (electronic grade) and enterprise standard Q/ZWDL001-2006 (chemical grade). The product of hydrogen chloride gas is packed with HCl special cylinder, the cylinder conforms to the national standard GB5099-1994 or DOT3AA standard, and the bottle valve is 316L stainless steel diaphragm valve. The interface is CGA330.
